The Paper Plane has something of a cult status in Toronto, being called for & printed on menus from neighbourhood to cocktail bars alike. It's a fantastic introduction to Amaro cocktails whilst remaining a mainstay for many a seasoned drinker.

A modern classic, this drink was created in 2008 by Sam Ross. Having called New York home since the early 00's, the Australian-born now co-owns a string of venues across the US. including the bar we owe so much of the modern cocktail revival , now known as Attaboy (NYC)
